    Very unprofessional company! They overpromise and way under deliver! They have no communication! They do not return calls, emails or text messages after installation has been completed. They failed to pass the 1st city inspection, so they had to do it a 2nd time. Their employees do not know what they are doing. One tech came out and said he will take only an hour, then 3 hours later he had to call another tech cause he had no idea what he was doing, eventhough he said it was a "simple fix." The other tech shows up several hours later and was extremely rude! They have no respect for your proper

    Had a system installed by option one a few years ago, financed through Salal Credit Union as the Option One pushed them as the finance partner. One of the biggest selling points was when we sold the house we could transfer the loan to the new buyer, as long as they qualified. Now that we are selling the house we are told this was not true. Option is great but be careful of deceptive sales practices. They have not been helpful now that we are in this situation. I have friends who had solar through different companies that are able to transfer so if you don’t plan to stay in your house for the w

    Great work installers were great and fast they were able to install everything in one day also Natasha was great she took care of everything. Definitely recommend them

    I used Option One Solar for multiple houses for replacing my Solar Edge Inverters. What impressed me about them was the excellent communication I was receiving with the whole process and the speed that they were able to fit me in their schedule. They were able to replace my Solar Edge Inverter literally the next day after I called and bring me back online in the middle of summer where I have to keep the ACs constantly on. James did an incredible job diagnosing the issue and providing the fix on the spot.

    Just started working with this company on a solar issue and I have to say their customer service is very impressive. Definitely recommend
