Progressive Energy Solutions, Inc.

Each mark is one company we hold in the San Bernardino area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Progressive Energy Solutions, Inc. is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Any reviews higher than one star are paid reviews. Progressive Energy solutions did so much damage to our house that we had to take them to court. They currently owes us over $500, as ordered by the San Bernardino County Court. David never paid. Additionally, several code and contract violations were made, as per the CSLB. I was personally cursed out and yelled at by David (owner). He additionally attempted to file a Mechanics Lien on our home, which forced us to take him to court. He lost.

Proceed with caution. This man has been very dishonest about multiple things and has not returned phone calls for months at a time. He has not completed applications with Edison so we are unable to receive a $29,000 rebate because of his incompetence. He lacks ethics and will blame every issue on other people. He makes large promises, is extremely charming but his word means nothing. This has caused our family immensely in time and finances.

"They are not accredited by the BBB for a good reason! Progressive energy solutions uses misleading sales tactics and lied straight to my face. Solar might be worth it but I will never know. The worst sales and customers service I ever dealt with. Unbelievable rude. Who threatens customers! Don't believe the fake reviews, you will be sorry.

Dave, at Progressive, came out to my house and spent quite a bit of time helping me get our system back to running properly. Sometime ago I wrote a negative review, but now I can say that Dave is trying really hard to please and do the right things so I certainly give him credit for that. Thank you Dave. xopegmcknight

David did a super job. The installed was completed on the scheduled day. Two days before the end of the Federal tax credit which no other company in SoCal could schedule. He and his installer were very professional. Being his first 10C battery and 6C controller even Enphase had trouble helping him during the confirmation process. David never gave up and worked long hours to get all components online.

Progressive Energy Solutions did an outstanding job on my roof in Yucaipa. The team communicated clearly and handled every detail with care. The roof looks beautiful! 5 stars all the way!

Outstanding experience from start to finish! The team at Progressive Energy Solutions was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress-free. Communication was clear, every step was explained, and the installation was done neatly and on time. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and efficient solar or electrical service.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Financing

“We explain all costs, savings, and financing options clearly. 3 Permitting & Paperwork We…”

Its website also mentions warranty, free estimate, 24/7 availability, family owned, bonded, licensed and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It posts on X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
