  Had back-up battery and 16 solar panels installed by SeaBright Solar in 2022. They performed a full pre-installation evaluation of my home's electrical needs and usage and assured me (at that time) that I would not pay any monthly bills or annual True-Up charges. However, this has not been the case. Since 2022, I have paid an about $2000/year (combined True-Up plus monthly charges). Very disappointing. Plus, their head installer (in 2022) was super rude and unprofessional.

  I held out hope this company would take responsibility and treat their repeated failures as one‑off mistakes. Instead, it’s clear this is simply how they operate—followed by deflecting blame elsewhere. This company demonstrates a consistent pattern of poor communication, missed commitments, and lack of follow‑through. They were the original installers and were hired to replace our batteries. Site survey completed June 2025, plans approved November, permit held for four months—and still no installation.   Please do not use this company. Very poor service. Overall the team is trained to cheat their clients. False promises. 6 months into It and still work is not complete. Failed inspection by the city two times. When time came to initiate the solar system the brand new battery was faulty. Wil have to wait 3-4 weeks for a new one to arrive. You name it and they had problems. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! .

  So far I'm not impressed and am wary of the service I will be receiving. They're not very responsive to my concerns and I have to jump through hoops to get a response. One of these days I may get an installation date. I hope that experience is better. UPDATE: I want to state that management reached out to me about my review, within a couple of days of my post. They assured me that they were working on my project and were very sorry I had not heard from my project manager. I was left at ease after the conversation that I had nothing to worry about.   We bought a home with newly installed solar from Sea Bright. There was a minor issue, previous owner, and we called Sea Bright and spoke to Megan. She was extremely helpful and had the problem rectified in a very timely manner. The whole team was very easy to deal with.

  Sea Bright recently helped us with panel removal, roofing via a subcontractor, and panel replacement. Harley assisted with the estimate/scheduling and was great. I'm very pleased with their ability to minimize the time our solar installation wasn't generating while doing the roofing repairs. Highly recommended.
