Its one and two star share is 40 points above the typical installer in Delaware. Across Delaware, 3 of the 18 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 4 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

0% rated 1–2★80%

Each mark is one company we hold in Delaware whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Fusion Solar Energy is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Would not recommend them. No professional follow up, no help with resolutions from problems they created. Yet to receive in end of may. No assistance from receiving late refund promised at point of sale. 3 week turnaround from power company and we are entering the 6th month with no help from fusion to resolve matter. Considering attorney. Be careful who you deal with.

We purchased our system in late December 2023 and we’re promised A $6000 credit that would come from Delmarva power. We are now in May and still have yet to receive it.. The turnaround time was disclosed as 2 to 3 weeks. We reached out on several occasions and are unable to get any assistance from fusion to resolve this matter. At point of sale was left out for the benefit of closing the sale. I highly recommend solar, but would definitely not recommend this company. Is fine, however the customer service And lack of communication has me at my wits end. The financial situation this company has

Contacted them through their website and I got a response within the day. They answered all my questions about solar panels and gave me an estimate on how much it costs and all the incentives I can get. We scheduled the solar installation and got the work done within the week. I'm excited to see a lower electric bill. Thank you Fusion Solar Energy!

Bethany and her team did their absolute best in making sure that they got me the system I needed and I couldn’t be happier with their service! Will recommend to friends and family.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions free estimate and years in business, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
