    Post-hurricane repairs included a new roof, so the Solar Pool Heating System had to be removed and re-installed. Green Planet was expensive but prompt, removing the system quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, after re-installing the panels on the roof, there was now a leak. Worse yet, when I engaged the system, I found it didn't work at all. I called, asking them to come back and fix it, and their response was an invoice for their return visit. Their sole focus was getting more money, instead of customer satisfaction. Now, 2 months later, one of the panels has come loose from the roof. Thes

    Jeff Glass, I'm so very surprised by your note on having your pool heating system installed 3 months ago - I was told, by Greg, that he didnt have the pool panels and was waiting for them, this was at least 6 months ago ! YES ,, he has NEVER contacted me, returned my calls, or EVEN bothered to let me know there was any delay at all, and look here, you had yours installed 3 months ago ! Guess he already spent the money I paid 1.5 years ago and doesnt want to bother to reach into his own company pool to contribute into doing the right thing for me. I WILL NEVER recommend him to any person I know

    Note to all - Unpermitted solar pool heat or anything unpermitted is risky. If any leak or issues happen, your insurance company is likely NOT going to cover any of the damages and you can be out tens of thousands of damage through roof …

    I’m very happy with the solar pool heating service. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job. They were responsive, explained everything clearly, and made sure the system was working properly. My pool is much more comfortable and enjoyable now, especially for the kids. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for solar pool heating!

    I work with a roofing company and many clients of mine have used Green Planet for their detach and reset needs while getting a new roof. He’s very reasonably priced and has great communication. Ask for Greg!! He’s awesome.
