    Buyer beware. When you select a solar company, you are entering into a long-term relationship with them because the payback/ROI takes years. They sell the equipment and support the equipment warranty and installation workmanship. However, they determine if their workmanship failed. Green Brilliance does not take responsibility for their work and will nickel and dime you. If you read through the Green Brilliance reviews here and elsewhere, you will see common themes - delays during installation and lack of communication about it, no/delayed response to reported problems after installation, outr

    lower back to 1 star after reaching out about service on my system This is a company committed to lowest effort possible when it comes to its customers. Update based on their old response: All things mentioned in my review are to help others based on my experience reviewing companies.     Green Brilliance was fine with instalation of solar panels but as soon as we hit a roadblock - faulty inverter - they were totally useless to inform us that it is not working. They also did not help us replace the inverter!! It has been three months since one solar panel has not been producing and they have not contacted us despite our numerous emails and voice messages! Save yourself a headache and find a company with better customer service!!! Super frustrated!!

    *Repairs made, rating adjusted.* The solar system on my house installed on 12/3/2022 is not not in proper working order. The installation crew was working off of the wrong blueprints and only started working off the correct one once I realized and notified them that they were installing it on the wrong side of the roof. The panels are not laying flat on the rack system, hence not looking right. On March 1st, checking my Enphase Enlighten app, I noticed that the top half of the system, 8 of 16 panels, were not producing power, so I emailed correspondence to care@greenbrilliance.     A totally wonderful experience. From the start of the process until today, everything has gone perfectly without a hitch. The installation crew was very competent and did a marvelous job with the installation of the solar panels. They cleaned up after the job was completed. The inspection was today and it all passed. I would highly recommend JC Solar and GreenBrilliance.

    Bob worked hard to adjust to Pepco’s lack of cooperation and communication. When they demanded $70k to upgrade a transformer so my project would work Bob found a way to change the panel type so there was no ransom paid to Pepco.the install was done in a day.
