  Multiple missed deliveries, difficult communication, inconsistent stock of parts, high turnover rate, and many times they substitute parts without asking for approval. During conversations with management, they refer to the way their contract is written, which so they don't have any actual liability. There are a couple good people at this location, but overall I've had a negative experience for the past 4 years dealing with this GT STL. Both dealing directly, and as a subcontractor for other solar companies. The one thing I can say is that this location is consistent with their service and not

  These people are absolutely terrible. Called 6 times just trying to get a project invoice and check on reimbursement process for the broken equipment they gave us. All you ever get is an operator with 5 different directory options who all never even answer the phone or call back. Provided us with broken equipment on the day of install and never heard anything since. So frustrating.

  This company constantly messes up orders. Can not dropship to save their life. Drives hit customers posessions and drive off. Anyone in the solar game had better watch out as they are only in business for themselves. They fire Steve O cause he was trying to make more business for them the right way. They have a newish branch manager Dan which is two faced and money hungry. Ali is an account manager there which will talk down to you as if you know nothing yet she cant even tell you what the parts look like only what the computer says .   Stopped by to pick up a solar edge inverter for a solar setup . Worked with Rob he was great seemed knowledgeable and got us what we were looking for . Will be back when we need more items for our setup.

  EFS Energy has worked with Greentech Renewables St. Louis branch for years. When COVID related disruptions hit our business hard, Greentech was the vendor that stuck with us while others pulled back. Dan Schudel (St. Louis Profit Center Manager) and Brent Martin (Outside Sales) have treated us like a partner from day one. Logistics and support have improved a lot since Dan came on board.
