  Ideal horizon DO NOT USE. Although i cannot speak directly on ideal horizon themselves they are partnered or own SOLAR TITAN USA. Solar titen is a horrid company from pathetic excuses to delays to ignored calls and messages to straight out lies. 7 months i have had solar panels on my house. STILL NOT HOOKED UP, oh yeah and because of their poor service i am paying 350 elctric bill every month oh yeah AND my solar panels at 250 a month and they arnt even working. They are so pathetic that i bought the 2 stickers i was missing for state inspection paid 5 for the stickers and 8 for shipping them,

  (FYI - Ideal Horizon Benefits LLC and Solar Titan USA are one and the same!) My parents signed an EXPENSIVE contract to have a solar package installed in December of 2021, almost a YEAR LATER and it's still not completed! I just filed a complaint on their behalf with the TN Attorney General's Office against this company, hopefully, this will get some action; if not, we're calling OUR attorney!

  This company is a part of Solar Titan USA. Steer clear of them. They do partial installations of Solar Panels, collect the disbursement from the finance company and never complete the job, and then you are on the hook for a large loan.
