Its one and two star share is 2 points below the typical installer in Florida. Across Florida, 371 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Skip, his dad and the team are fantastic to work with. On time, professional, nice people to talk to, hard workers. They removed and re-installed my pool heater panels quickly. This is the company you should be using for all your solar needs.

Skip and his dad just finished up their second job with us. I usually like to wait to see how things go, but I am confident and extremely happy with their work. The first job was to put back our mesh solar panels after some roof work but also to fix some leaks in the piping that another company failed to do. Today they replaced the old plumbing system with a fresh new plumbing system to provide better flow and efficiency. They are quick, nice, easy, down to earth, and are honest. Definitely checks all the boxes for us. Thank you!

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Free estimate

“our experts a call today to set up a free consultation and estimate for your home or…”

  • Family owned

“future of sustainable living. As a family-owned and operated company, we have been…”

  • Established

“installation in the Lecanto, FL area since 1993. Our team of experienced…”

  • Insured

“energy options. As a licensed and insured company, you can trust us to provide…”

  • Licensed

“about your solar energy options. As a licensed and insured company, you can trust us…”

Its website also mentions licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Lake City is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
