Its one and two star share is 45 points above the typical installer in Florida. Across Florida, 24 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Great experience getting panels installed but now have a leak tried to call for 2 weeks and found out Jack sold the company to Garret. Once I was able to get Garrett’s number he honored the warranty and was there the next day.

They’re great if you’re ready to install a brand new system - yet if you have issues - this is not your service follow up company. I referred these guys 3 new complete installed systems - in addition to my own & now can’t get a return phone call. Hope you love the villages! It’s a shame - eager for the sale; lousy for after sale support!

Jack’s solar installed my pool solar about 9 years ago and it was a great experience. Recently, one of the panels sprung a leak. I called Derik and he had it repaired in 2 days! We are very pleased.

Jack's Solar came today to install my new solar panels. The foreman showed me I had some sagging plywood from the originals that needed attention before I install the new ones. I appreciated the honesty. He could have just installed the new ones and then I would have had a roof leak within a short time.

Jack's Solar placed a solar PV system on our roof in October. There was one issue where one of the insulated connections was bad (which was not their fault), and they came out and corrected everything quickly and got the system back up to full speed. Throughout the entire process, Jack and Derick were good to deal with. And, we just received our bill from last month, and it was MINUS $15! Great to invest in your home when it pays you back every month.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
