  Terrible. I have spent close to $40,000 with this company over the past 25 years, having a geothermal heat pump system installed and then replaced with a new system , along with other various plumbing jobs. Last week I had a hot water heater that started leaking and was under warranty. Technician came out and told me that they would replace it under warranty and I would only pay for labor for the swap out. Technician was on the job for less than 3 hours, 1 hour of which was driving to pick up a new water heater. My bill was $890.00 Called to ask why the bill was so high (I assumed the tech mad

  Now I know who not to call based on fia first impression of a stranger. Held the door open for two of them this morning at sheetz, not a single thank you. I looked at one of them and said “you’re welcome” and he gave me that flat tire “pssh” sound. I got my coffee inside and went back to my truck, it just so happen the parked right beside me and the one guy was staring me down. I observed them back up in their van, and proceed to run 2 stop signs while leaving the parking lot and entering the busy road. Just overall a horrible first impression.   Had JK provide & install a new 22k generator outside my garage. Techs & 3rd party propane specialist were all very punctual. Install went fine & everything was explained very well. However, there was a good amount of trash left inside my garage, such as lengths of heavy duty electrical supply wire, plastic bags conduit lengths & cut scrap. Also, the items that they moved they did not move back after being done. This included items that were moved up against my wife's car. The work was great, but I expected the work area to be cleaned at completion.

  I was very pleased with the solar technician. He really knew what he was doing, an even though it was just a blown fuse, he checked everything in both inverters. He also went up on the roof to inspect the solar panels and even the main junction box to make sure there was no water leaking into it. Super guy, and super job! Thank you

  The team who replaced our HVAC system (Tyler, David and Zavian) were great to work with. They were professional, friendly and knowledgable. Having them in our home was comfortable at all times. They took time to make certain we understood the system before they finished. Overall it was a great experience.
