  Had my panels put on my garage roof in August, a day after signing contract on line. I needed a trench dug to connect my house to the panels 50 feet from my house, which was dug in November. Today, Jan 7th they finally scheduled an inspection and showed up late. Said inspection was to fill the trench that has laid open 3 months and get my panels working. LIES. Yes inspection done, tied me u 5 hours. Trench filled halfway, still a large mound all along the trench. Inspection needed 1 more thing completed which will be done when trench is completely filled. This project is now 5 months old. Who

  I got this Solar system transferred to my name when I got this house. The company doesn't bother with any Service requests or emails or Phone calls and is very very bad with maintenance. This is 4 years of my experience. Recently I got 3 microinverters faulty and got them replaced. After the work was done on Sep 4, 2025, from the next day that is Sep 5, 2025... 4 microinverters are shown as not working (3 from Sep 4th whose Serial numbers have to be updated in System and a new one from Sep 5th that was left in bad shape by installer when he was repairing the 3 faulty microinverters ---- All th

  Don't bother with this company. Once they found out the service was a repair and not a new job, they stopped contacting me. Finally I got a quote after many attempts. The quote was $5000 to replace an inverter! A $2,000 part and how much is installation? Did I read that correctly?

  Our solar project started with a phone conversation with Josh , followed by an onsite visit at our farm. Things could not have been more simple from the 72 panel 440 watt solar drawings and presentation , to the courteous / professional installers. Great team to work with through out the process . Would strongly recommend KC Energy for any solar project. Start to finish, had consistent and great communication. Thanks Josh and site manager Matt for excellent job on this solar project.

  Josh was fantastic to work with for my solar installation. He provided a no pressure sale experience, was extremely knowledgeable, responded quickly to e-mails, and provided a cost estimate that was almost spot-on. Have recommended to neighbors!

  After getting numerous quotes on a new roof and solar installation, KC Green Energy emerged as the favorite when the time came to make a final decision. Timely and clear communication, professional in-person interaction, and a confidence-inspiring resume set them apart from the others. Throughout the permitting and construction phases, we always had quick access to the information and/or assistance we needed. Additionally, they finished our install ahead of schedule. We are thrilled to be able to run our house and car on sunshine!
