    Unprofessional don’t help for something they fail to do now I have lots of problems please be careful

    We do not recommend this solar company. Our entire project has been disorganized and poorly managed. The communication around installation was poor and hasty. They did not do a proper assessment of our roof and we now have thousands of dollars in damage with cracking in our roof and massive leaking in our interiors. We never had any leaking prior to this installation. The solar is still not working after 5 months with 2 failed electrical inspections. The pictures posted are of some of the interior leaks. The communication and follow up is poor and takes weeks for people to return calls.

    Poor customer service. I had solar panels installed 3 years ago and kamtech did not complete the project with respect to closing out the permits. I have been trying for 6 months for them to resolve this issue and close out the permits but I get the run around. They either hang up on me, don't answer my call, or pretend to call a manager that I can never speak to. Now they are costing me money because I cannot sell my house until this is resolved.

    The deal was the deal and it exceeded expectations. Don't miss out. Was definitely over priced but we are just learning. They never disclosed the breakdown of where the money went.
