    If you are reading this review, you probably know that Lotus Energy and Solar was acquired by KR Solar. KR Solar is a large solar company based in Buffalo, NY. This transition has been terrible for Lotus customers. Our situation in particular - We had all of our solar removed so a new roof could be installed. The contract for this was signed under Lotus, and apparently the acquisition occurred while our solar was down. We contacted them for the reinstall in the Summer of 2025. Immediately, we were told the amount to reinstall would be about $2k more. I provided them with the signed agreement a

    *** Last Edit We signed up in March 2025 and we just saw our first reduction with Duke Energy, with solar... May 2026. Our first full month using solar 100% will be June 2026. I do not recommend KR Solar, which is now under the name 360 Home Tech LLC. What a nightmare, money pit its been. They also have a government worker who signs off at Wake County for "inspections," without actually doing an inspection. Dirty, dirty. Just Run. ***Edit KR Solar is now 360 Home Tech. They used to be Lotus. Same owner- Keith. Don't do business!! We are past the year mark and our solar is finally working. Keit

    I too was one of the unlucky people who got my account taken over by KR solar when Lotus Energy and Solar sold out. I was never notified by either company that my contract was taken over. Which, is a very poor business practice. I was looking to get my panels cleaned and called Generac (I have the power wall) how many panels I had. Upon doing that, they told me my PV link for a set of panels has been off line for 5 months. I was stunned because Lotus monitored the panels, or they did. I called the number I had for Lotus since Generac could not get the panels up and running and was transferred

    I had the pleasure of working with Hunter and Colby from KR Solar, and I couldn’t be more impressed! They came to clean up my solar panels and fix a battery module for my Generac solar-powered system. From start to finish, they were extremely professional and efficient. They took the time to walk me through each step of the process, explaining what they were doing and what would come next, which made me feel confident and informed the entire time.
