Its one and two star share is 4 points above the typical installer in the Lutz area. Across Florida, 225 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Lutz area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Lixia Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

This company gave me the run around for 5 months. Claiming to give me $4000 cash if I installed with them . They never came through on their promises. They first stated funding had stopped. Then my equipment was in warehouse but was waiting for installation once banks were allowed to continue to fund people. Due to delay I was offered a 10% discount. I reached out to salesman on getting the $4000 in writing as promised and now he stated due to discount I would not get. Then after going back and forth he said if they install I will pay you money. They are a scam don’t do business with this comp

We recently had solar panels installed by Lixia Solar and we couldn’t be happier with the entire process! From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt confident in our decision. If you’re considering solar, I highly recommend- they truly go above and beyond to provide excellent service and a high-quality product.

I had an outstanding experience with Lixia Solar! Their customer service was top-notch, and they were incredibly responsive to all my questions and concerns. Although they may not be the lowest-priced option on the market, the value they provide makes it worth every penny. Whenever I needed assistance, Nikki or another staff member was readily available to help. I wholeheartedly recommend Lixia Solar to anyone looking for reliable solar solutions!

They took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring I fully understood the benefits of switching to solar energy. Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
