Its one and two star share is 3 points below the typical installer in the Lutz area. Across Florida, 371 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 34 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Lutz area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Total Care Installs is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Total Care Installs did an amazing job on my solar system! Austin and Martin were always there for me. Every time a step was completed, they'd call and advise me, this is where we are, this is the next step, full transparency the whole way through. Now I have a beautiful system and I can't wait for it to be activated so I can finally get off of TECO. Blessed to be done with them! Highly recommend Total Care Installs! Thanks

Thankful is an understatement. Long story short I was out walking my dog when a Neighbor a street over was getting a solar system install installed, And I just so happened to meet the rep Austin W and his manager Martin that were on site during the install thankfully. Once they clarified everything was good with the job they were at and wrapped up. They came by my house and gave me a free savings report since my roof got so much sun they were able to offset my bill to wear. I only have to pay my connection fee Once the system is operated to its max capacity and producing at its max capacity. A

I recently had solar/roof installe by TCI Roofing & Solar & couldn't be happier with the work. The owner dealt with me personally which was impressive. He was attentive professional & work was perfect. I was hesitant about solar but he walked me through the process & put mind at ease. I could not be happier & highly recommend TCI for your roofing & solar needs.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“or replacement quote and discuss financing options that fit your budget — including zero…”

Its website also mentions veteran owned, warranty, free estimate, insured and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on YouTube and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
