Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in the Lutz area. Across Florida, 337 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 22 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Lutz area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. UnionGrid Roofing & Construction LLC is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Jose and the UnionGrid Roofing & Construction are AWESOME!! They installed a 20 Kw Solar System over a metal roof!! 2 Tesla Powerwalls and one expansion battery! They completed ahead of schedule and the inspections and follow up were perfect!! It took about 3 months to get the net metering approval and turned on. FPL says that is pretty normal!! Jose was great to work with and picked up the phone or called back within minutes! The work site was spotless, no debris in my pool. His team of installers were top notch!! Install and hookup took 3 days!! Check out the photos!

The sales rep, Stephen, was courteous and knowledgeable. He gave me reasonable timelines and stuck to them. The installation crew was wonderful. They put down tarps to protect the plants and did a thorough cleanup afterwards. I am attaching photos of my roof. As you can see, they did a beautiful job.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“your carbon footprint 05 25 year warranty Exponential Savings Your savings…”

  • Insured

“and commercial properties — licensed, insured, and trusted across the Sunshine…”

  • Licensed

“for clean solar energy and durable, licensed roofing — all from one team. Get Your…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on Facebook, TikTok and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
