    Bottom tier quality for a top shelf price.

    I feel they were very overpriced on the multi split heat pump brand that I wanted. Once installed, I had to have them come back three times to fix a simple condensate drainage issue. Also, their electrician had to cut two holes in the ceiling ( understandable). However, they gave me a contractor to have these repaired and they would compensate the contractor. Two times stood up by that contractor and I decided to repair the holes myself. Solarlogix did not offer any compensation to me. Overall, a bad experience. Not recommended.

    Check their work. I had a heat pump installed a few months back, and only one of the four bolts was tightened from the main unit to the stand. It took me less than two minutes to finish that part of the job they neglected to complete. Now I feel as if I have to check everything else.

    Spencer did a great job installing our heat pumps and explaining how to use them. He was very polite and helpful!

    Logix installed 4 heat pump units in our house. The crew (Colby, Chris, Cheyenne, Ren, and Alden) were wonderful! Knowledgeable, efficient, clean, polite, and friendly. The units they installed are very quiet but powerful.

    We had a great experience with Logix from proposal through installation. We had a 3-zone Mitsubishi mini-split system installed, and the final setup is exactly what we needed for our home. I want to especially recognize Spencer, the installer. His craftsmanship, attention to detail, knowledge, and friendliness were outstanding. He clearly took pride in his work, explained things well, and ensured the installation was clean, thoughtful, and professionally done. It is rare to see that combination of technical skill and genuine care on a job site. I would strongly recommend Logix, and I would be
