    I have been a customer of Revision Energy since before they were Revision Energy. i have always had a good experience with them until I recently had problems with a solar hot water system they installed. I was told they no longer work on them and to find someone else as they cannot (would not) help me. Several years ago they had no problem charging me $2000 to replace a tank. When I had them install a solar electric array they removed the solar hot water system so I could put on a new roof. Never any mention that the system was becoming obsolete. I feel they should have given me a warning that

    Unsatisfactory. I called in April to get them to replace a sensor. They begged for a couple of weeks due to the coronavirus slowing them down. I called back in July to see if I was still on their list. I called again last week (mid-September) and they haven't returned my call. I lost a whole summer of sun. I guess if you're not talking a big-money job, they're not interested in your business.

    Revision was excellent on installation, but pretty slow on our latest repair job. Admittedly, it was during the Covid-19 pandemic, so that may have affected their schedule. Ultimately, they did fix it and they were very apologetic about the …

    The Revision Energy service technician arrived when scheduled, was very efficient and thorough, and also very pleasant to talk to.

    From first inquiry to final signature, our install of 4 heat pumps, a hot water heater and acquisition of a solar farm share, Revision handled everything with efficiency, and solid customer service. Friendly and personable staff - from the office personnel to site visit rep to install team - fully explained each part of the process and checked in with us when THEY had questions during install (about aesthetically pleasing placement of wires and equipment) and often said they want it to work best for the homeowner.
