Its one and two star share is 16 points above the typical installer in Riverside. Across California, 264 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 27 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

In July of 2025 I signed a contract with Goodleap who is affiliated with Luxor energy to have solar installed. Goodleap broke the contract on the initial deal and continued to do work that was not apart of the contract or with my consent to continue there work all violating the contract. Luxor Energy offically took over and tried to make a deal for me to keep the solar. Due to the bad experience they agreed to take off the solar panels and pay for a new roof due to the damage. It should be noted that the initial inspection of the roof, the company said that the roof was okay to have solar whic

This company is the worst! Misleading, untrustworthy and will do/ say anything to get your business. After installing the panels they emailed us a new contract to sign. After reading the changes and seeing that they were trying to short us …

Stay away from this company. They make promises at the time of sale that they have absolutely no intention of keeping. Months go by, you follow up repeatedly, and nothing gets done. No accountability, no response, no resolution. I am now filing complaints with multiple state agencies including the California Attorney General and the Contractors State License Board. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable solar company. This is not it.

Tyler was incredibly professional and we really felt like he listened to our needs. Zero pressure and in the end we got exactly what we wanted and needed. We will be referring Luxor and Tyler to anyone who needs solar.

I had a great experience with Luxor Energy. From the first consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They explained the whole process clearly, answered every question without pressure, and kept everything on schedule.

I had a good experience working with Luxor Solar. The sales team was knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything clearly without being pushy. Installation was smooth and completed on time, and the crew kept everything clean. Overall, I’m happy with the process and would recommend Luxor to anyone considering going solar.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

    Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
