Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in Riverside. Across California, 731 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 56 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in Riverside, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★40%

Each mark is one company we hold in Riverside whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Vanwarner Construction is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Brandon from VanWarner came by my home, quoted me a 4-6 month installation period and a roughly $3000 rebate for signing up with Sunpower through their company. I agreed and now it has been 14 months and my solar panels are still not approved for use as VanWarner has failed to obtain a permit to operate the panels and I have been paying a solar bill and an electric bill for the past 7 months. They no longer respond to my calls and refuse to issue the rebate. Buyer Beware.

This company and Brandon who I have had the pleasure of working with recently were absolutely amazing! I was undecided if I was ready to switch to solor yet but he explained every advantage and every question I had which made me realize that it was totally worth it! I had questions about the tax advantages & other savings as well which he was able to tell me all about! I felt so confident after working with him & going over all the details of the process. He really knows his stuff I’m so glad that I chose him & this company to work with other the few others I had spoken with. Thank you so much

Brandon built rapport with us quickly and put us at ease during their information, and purchasing process. They answered all of our questions. Showing DATA to back up their answers. They anticipate our needs before they arise by providing additional information and resources to help them make an informed decision. They stayed in touch through the entire process, even showing up on installation day. We recommend highly Van Warner solar.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • The website on this company's Google listing does not resolve to a working page, so we do not link it.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
