Its one and two star share is 1 point above the typical installer in Riverside. Across California, 629 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in Riverside, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★40%

Each mark is one company we hold in Riverside whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Solar Service Professionals is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

What reviewers said

  • 1★ · around July 2026

Do not use Solar Service Professionals. They charged me $350 just to come out and then gave me a $2,000 quote to fix my system. I paid the required down payment after they guaranteed the part would arrive within one week. It's now been over a month. I've called them several times, and each time they told me they would leave a note for the team and promised someone would call me back. They never did. The lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely frustrating.

This company employs highly professional technicians. My technician was Issac who was thorough in diagnosing the problem and extremely helpful in filing a case for the new inverter. Issac and Solar Service Professionals promptly scheduled the repairs. Isaac completed the repairs, made sure the new inverter was documented and completed the required connection. I have only great compliments and sincere appreciation for Isaac and Solar Service Professionals.

Isaac was great! He's very knowledgeable about solar panels and systems. I recommend him to anybody who needs solar services. He contacted Solar Edge to update my inverter. e's awesome!

Issac Gutierrez was super helpful and professional with helping my family with their solar inverter. We were very pleased with his work and awesome customer service. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and family. We appreciate his help.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“a homeowner, business owner, warranty company or an installation…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
