Its one and two star share is 3 points below the typical installer in the Riverside area. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 46 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Riverside area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. SolarRepair is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I had an outstanding experience with Solar Repair. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive. They arrived on time, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and explained everything clearly every step of the way. The quality of their work was exceptional, and it was obvious they take great pride in what they do. They completed the repairs efficiently and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find a company that combines excellent customer service with such a high level of workmanship. I highly recommend t

As we all know the solar industry is a cowboy industry right now. With all the free government money floating around there are a lot of snakes wanting to take advantage of the situation. It is complex and really hard to distinguish the decent vendors from the snake oil vendors. SolarRepair out of Norco. What a breath of fresh air. I can tell you that they are real people who are not out to scam you as so many are in this business. They suspected from the beginning that it was the inverter. They brought the necessary firmware to allow them to talk with SolarEdge immediately and sure enough it w

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on ConsumerAffairs, HomeAdvisor, Angi and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

    Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
