    Charged $400 ( that was supposed to be part of the total job) for an "inspection" that lasted 10 minutes and I supplied the ladder. Delays because of a wet spring (not their fault) but once the rain went away... I never heard back from them.

    I found mark to be extremely professional. There are multiple points of contact in arranging solar. I needed coordination with my utility provider, my town inspector, my loan servicer, and my solar team. Through the entire process Mark was very responsive and attentive to any problems I had with any one of those relationships. I would highly recommend him to others searching for solar installation and have already done so in my own circle.

    We are very happy with our solar experience. Mark made sure to take the time to review the process and answer all of our questions. He not only answered at the beginning but throughout the whole process. It’s very rare to find someone that takes ownership of the full experience. He set appropriate expectations for timeframes and made sure we were satisfied each step of the way. We love watching the app and seeing the solar savings each day. Thank you!

    What truly sets Merrimack Solar and specifically Mark apart is their ability to create a customized solar solution. He didn't offer a one-size-fits-all approach but instead considered my energy consumption patterns, roof orientation, and financial goals to design a system that would maximize efficiency and energy production. This level of personalization made a significant difference in the long-term benefits I'm reaping from my investment.
