Modern Energy Solutions LLC

Each mark is one company we hold in the Salt Lake City area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Modern Energy Solutions LLC is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

After a small hiccup in communication, the owner took care of the issue. The two installers explained everything and took care of switching out the inverter, plus a couple of other problems they found. They did a clean, professional job.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience from start to finish. Ricardo was my main point of contact and was excellent to work with. I had three microinverters on my solar system fail, and since they were still under warranty, the team handled the replacement and got everything back up and running. Communication was easy, the process was straightforward, and the work was completed professionally. It’s refreshing to work with a company that takes care of a warranty issue without turning it into a headache. I’d definitely recommend them, and especially Ricardo, to anyone needing solar service or repairs.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

• It is also reviewed on Angi. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on X, TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
