    Not Trustworthy POOR ON RETURNS 👎 Customer Service at the Oxnard CA, location. They tried to resist my refund within 30 days. Filed a claim just to get refunded.😐I Ordered a Nature's Generator's Transfer Switch by accident Online. I returned it by mail, call to check on the status of a refund, left several messages, and NEVER received a call back as promised by the customer service representative. Had to file a claim online in order to get a refund for the return.

    My generator stopped working 1 month after getting it, I put in the warranty claim and have contacted support many times yet no one replied to me. You are frauds and thieves and I will be looking into legal action against your company for the $1400 you stole from me by sending me a defective product and not allowing me to return it and not replacing it.

    Had an issue but after talking to Howell, it was determined that I needed an inverter replaced and he sent the replacement right away. Service is good and product works well

    Got this switch after having several power outages due to Wind. Got the 6 circuit system and had it professionally installed. Upon install, the electrician notified me that only 3 of the 6 circuits would work and that it must be a defect from the factory. In the photos you can see that nothing from the generator input is connected to the second bus bar. Leaving exactly 1/2 the circuits useless/dead/off during an outage. I contacted support which took several days to respond. My electrician recommended that they provide the part that connects the bus to the generator line and he would install q

    I only took one star for myself. The company is very smart and the only issue I had was that FEDx dropped it off at the wrong location but nothing was done y FEDX and naturally nature generator couldn't pay for Fedx's mistake so it took additional facts that finally came out and FEDX paid. I had a new replacement within three days.
