Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Thousand Oaks. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

My Solar Edge inverter had failed and I was having trouble getting anyone to come out to troubleshoot. My original installer had gone out of business. Newbury Park Solar really helped me out! They determined the inverter was bad and worked out an RMA with Solar Edge. The replacement showed up within a week and they came back and installed it. Best service I have had in a long while, and I have already recommended them to 2 other people with similar issues. Great local company!

Trust and reputation is #1 in selecting a vendor for products and services. You know that you will be taken care of with a proper quote and an accurate fulfillment of your contract. And #2 is customer service, not a computer, not AI, not pushing buttons on a phone, real people. Newbury Park Solar ticks the box for #1 and #2.

I had a great experience working with Newbury Park Solar from start to finish. The Pros: Excellent Communication: Sean was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was attentive to all of my questions and always took the time to make sure I understood what was happening. Fair Pricing: Their quoting and pricing were very fair compared to others in the area. No hidden fees or surprises. Efficient Installation: Everything within the company's control was done quickly and professionally. The crew worked fast and did clean work. The Process: To be fair, it wasn't the smoothest installat

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
