  The installers at Photon are great as is the equipment they sell, but my experience with the back end support has been nothing short of unacceptable. They tout their staff as one of the reasons to choose them - 25 years of support to go with your warranty, a dedicated staffer to handle the rebate paperwork, a project manager to answer your questions. It was certainly what swayed me, but none of this has come close to living up to their promises. My system was installed 7 months ago and I’ve gotten more assistance from the Tesla chat in the Powerwall app than I have from Photon. For one thing,

  I had a solar system consultation today with Lisa Logback. We discussed several options involving my current solar system and came to a mutual agreement on next steps. I have been in discussions with several other solar firms and only Lisa (Photon Brothers) provided me with a depth of expertise to make an informed decision. I applaud her efforts for giving me the best information based on data I provided. Just excellent. Great communicator and asked me great questions in order to develop a very comprehensive plan moving forward. Bravo, Lisa. I recommend Photon Brothers highly.

  I recently had my solar system installed by Photon Brothers and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Amir was fantastic from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive and kept me informed every step of the way, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Amir made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. He answered all my questions promptly (even the ones I thought were small) and really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with every part of the project.
