NC Solar now is an outstanding company. They installed solar panels and a battery wall on our home. They ushered us through this process seamlessly. We love our low electricity bills and back up security of our battery wall!

After interviewing 4 other installers I chose NCSN 5 years ago and have had 3 phases of development of our Enphase system by them. Our original system was a 6kW solar only. After adding an EV charger we then added 5 kW of panels as well as 2 Enphase batteries. And liking the battery backups so much we recently added another Enphase battery. The system performs exactly as promised by the NCSN projection models. I’ve had a few post-installation service calls needed to address minor installation issues that got overlooked. They also patiently helped me resolve a roof leak that I thought was due t

NC Solar Now installed a system for us in February 2026. The expert installation was efficient and friendly. We are now more aware of our energy use, and enjoying reduced electrical invoices as we generate power for our home and for the grid. From initial sales contact (that I initiated) through design, acquisition, and installation NC Solar Now delivered a consumer focused experience.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions free estimate, established and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on Trustpilot. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
