    The process for obtaining approvals from Duke Energy and our HOA was prolonged, with minimal guidance from the company, leaving us to follow up multiple times.

    I contracted Pamlico Solar to install an EV charger in my garage. They were amazing. Personable, friendly and easy to deal with, even held my hand through applying for the EV credit with Duke Energy. I cannot say enough good things about working with this company. Alley and Robert answered every question and made converting to new technology easy and rewarding.

Pamlico Electric & Solar repaired my solar gateway.The technician( Robert ) came on time, professional and knowledgeable he answered all questions and explained things to me. Alley is the support coordinator all calls and e-mail communication was superb. The problem was fixed, and it took me 2 months to find this company, Other companies had every poor communication problem. Again thank you Pamlico Electric & Solar 3/2026
