I do not trust these people. They conducted survey of my house but neglected to bring a structural engineer. They gave me a quote without knowing if my house could support the solar panels. When they told me, I had already committed thousands of dollars to the project. They wouldn't give me a new quote, only wanted to back out of the project. They cut corners to give a better quote. What New Prairie says is true, It is also true that they gave me a contract to sign knowing that it could be possible that the panels might not work structurally with the house. I thought that their panels were mor

I reached out to New Prairie Solar last year when my California based vendor couldn't get its act together to replace the defunct 3G cell module that reports my kW production that I like to monitor and so does Carbon Solution Group who paid for the Carbon Credits the installation accrues. New Prairie Solutions installed the new cell module and restored monitoring of my solar panels and made everyone involved happy. I transferred my support service to New Prairie and I'm very happy to have local support for any warranty or service question I have. Very friendly, very helpful and very local!!!

Cannot stress how easy the decision to go with New Prairie Solar was. The team clearly explained every step along the way, from the no pressure site evaluation, through handling all the permits and coordination needed before installation, installation itself, and filing all the necessary forms for rebates, New Prairie came through in their throughly professional manner. Among other groups that bid on this project, New Prairie stood out for their attention to detail, good nature and helpfulness. It is becoming more and more important to be a part of the responsible solar/alternative energy comm

After getting bids from several solar installation companies, we chose New Prairie Solar. The company was professional in all our interactions with them. We have had solar installations since 2020 at our home and on our family farm. We chose a local company with ties to the community in hopes that they would always be there for us. I can contact them by phone directly with any concerns, and they promptly deal with any issues. Their initial bid was reasonable and their continued charges, as needed, are fair. I would not work with any other solar company in the area.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
