  My small project has taken around 9 months to complete. The initial install took one day, and the crew were excellent. However, about 20 subsequent visits were needed fix an extremely small permit issue. It was clear nobody at this company talks to one another. They either sent people without qualifications, without the right materials, or who had no idea why they were showing up. I'm now having to recount the entire history to the accounting department because apparently they don't save their own emails. The equipment is great but this company is ran from a clown car.

  Just had a sales guy ignore the "no soliciting" sign on my home and also fail to provide the Solicitation Permit. When asked about if he was soliciting he then lied and also said he didn't need a permit for our village, which is also untrue. If they will lie about that, I'm sure they'll lie about their services. Please talk to your sales people about basic reading, honesty and professionalism in the Buffalo Grove, IL area.

  Same poor experience with Blue Raven. They promised to complete my installation and approvals for DG rebates applicable till Dec 31st 2024. I did multiple follow ups and their customer service told me that they are working with COMED and not to pay till it is resolved. I have texts from their Sales team committing to work with COMED and no response. Then I reached out to COMED and I was informed that no such appeal was launched by Blue Raven for my case. Suddenly, they have new finance people from Sun Power who have started harassing with threats to shut down the system. It finally came down t

  Yes, my electric bill is going down. However, the company over financed my loan by more than double. It is late October and since mid July I've been trying to get this corrected and get the money that is rightfully mine . I've been given the runaround by multiple people in finance and now in issue escalation. My issue is now resolved (from July to December). I'm thrilled to have my solar panels.

  Blue Raven is a fantastic company to work with. They are professional from the very start until the project is complete. We were informed every step of the way in the process, and if we ever had a question, it was answered on the spot. I would highly recommend Blue Raven for your solar installation.
