    Really bad experience with this company. I really wanted to get solar and signed installation contract RxSun but post contract they started charging additional money for minor items which other companies do not charge for. I have to cancel the project and ended up with no solar.

    I loved rx sun at first. They did a great job with the quote and giving me all the information. Was told an instal date and that date was not met, which I know things can happen. Turns out the village lost the paperwork for our permit. I had emailed rx sun multiple times to get a check on the permit and even called the village myself. After we finally get the solar installed I wanted a quote for a consumption meter. I was told I would get a quote and have not heard back after months. I have sent multiple emails and nothing back. Disappointing when you spend thousands with a company and they ca

    Very pleased with the process and the final outcome. RxSun's procedure made handoffs from the sales engineer to the design engineers to the installation crew seamless. They handled all of the permitting and their installers showed up on time and stayed in touch until everything was working perfectly. I am an architect and am excited to recommend them to my clients.

    We purchased our solar panels from SunRX in January 2025. The entire experience has been a pleasure. The installation was flawless, and the savings is fantastic. We recently had to replace our roof due to storm damage, and SunRX came out and removed the solar panels, and reinstalled them promptly when our roof was finished. I recently received a call from Ryan at SunRX. He wanted to make sure that we had a good experience. Like everyone else at SunRX, Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend SumRX.
