  Terrible experience with this company. It took more than a year to complete a battery backup installation, including three attempts before they could pass inspection. Their follow-up on issues and questions was abysmal. In addition, they promised a $6000 rebate from ComEd which it turns out the system was not eligible for, so we had to eat that cost. Beware.

  I usually don’t write reviews, but the poor service from this company compelled me to share my experience. I had solar panels installed by them a couple of years ago, and communication has always been an issue—they rarely respond to emails and take an excessive amount of time to follow up. Recently, my inverter stopped working. Although it was eventually replaced after multiple follow-ups, the job was left incomplete.   Don and his crew did a great job installing out Electric Vehicle backbone - but the follow-up with Wallbox and the agreements that we need notarized and filed for our resident owners. It's been four weeks now and we still haven't received the paperwork that we need.

  I called with a question on a house I just bought. Instead of charging me a visit fee, they showed me how to quickly fix it. I’m putting in a Tesla charger, now I have my people. Honest and friendly!

  I had a battery storage system installed along side my solar system with the process going smoothly. The timeline from receiving my estimate to the time the installation occurring was relatively quick. Kaptial electrical also helped in submitting the local rebates without any issues. I will be using them in the future for any electrical projects.

  I installed the solar panels in May 2022 above the garage by Michael Diamond and his team. I have been very pleased with their work. The house is a two-story house (1900 sq. feet) facing S-W. Since the panels were installed, I did not have to pay any electric bills to ComEd from May to November every year. I did not accurately kept track of the savings during the summer months but I estimate at least $200.00/month if one adds up air conditioning, appliances etc., etc. Also, depending on the weather during the winter months, the cost of electricity was sizable reduced.
