  Please teach your sale reps to read and listen. We have a big sign right by the doorbell that says no soliciting which is respected by everyone besides Sunrun. We've had multiple of your reps still knocking and ringing the bell. My husband and myself have gone out a couple times to tell them we are not interested and to please read and respect the sign. In return we get ignored and the reps talk over us. Today's encounter with a sales rep got me to finally post a review. He read the sign and still knocked. My husband was in the garage so he went to tell him to tell him nicely to read the sign

  I couldn't be happier with my Sunrun system. I was extremely skeptical- but it works just like my sales rep Jake said it would.- better even. We're producing more energy during the summer months than I thought we would - it more than makes up for the few months with less sun in the winter. The power wall is absolutely amazing. We haven't lost electricity once since our install last year- even during extended outages. I don't know where all the bad reviews I read are coming from- it wasn't and isn't our experience. If Jake comes to your door- you should answer it!

  We were referred to Jake Oskoian by our neighbor in Villa Park. Jake was super passionate and knowledgeable, he made sure to ask us a lot of questions and created the ideal energy system for our lifestyle. For example, we were planning on getting an EV soon and he knew exactly how to factor that power demand into our system. Everything has turned out exactly how he explained it, we have accrued credits and actually have a zero bill with COMED! Plus we didn’t lose power like the rest of our street, we helped refrigerate food and medicine for our neighbors. Thanks Jake from Sunrun!
