    Tell the driver of 800639 that was on 88 at 10:00 this morning to put his phone down. He's in the passing lane Not the sit next to a semi truck lane. He can schedule his grinder meet up later

    Shortly after having my Tesla solar panels installed. A DC ARC fault shut down over half my solar system. After repeated service visits, filing a BBB complaint, and getting my local TV stations consumer reporter involved, it took a year to get the Tesla service to finally identify the issue and get it resolved. There are no local Tesla solar service reps in the Chicago land area so crews from out of state need to come out for repairs. It takes months to get a service appointment. If I knew what I know now about Tesla solar service I would have never purchased a solar system from Tesla.

    Our solar system was installed in 9/2024, after utility approval it didn’t work due to technical issues. Tesla doesn’t have technicians available in Illinois so it took 2 Months to get it work. In 2/2026 it stopped working, and called support and they noticed ground fault. They send technician after 3 weeks and he removed 2 strings from inverter, so now only 4 panels out of 27 are producing. They bring technician from Florida for backlog. They will send technicians on June 12 to look at panels for ground fault. It’s been very frustrating and Tesla energy has been ignorant to say the least. Cus

    Where do I even begin? If you are a ComEd customer there are so many programs that they offer and huge cash rebates for install installing this on your house. I sought out to find out if Tesla’s system would be able to help me with my energy/savings goals. I didn’t want a big system, I wanted a system that could offset some energy but also batteries to power our home during peak hours (ComEd Hourly and DTOD Pricing) The quick 15 minute intro video chat with the Tesla Energy Advisor was everything I needed to be to put my deposit down. They are not pushy, they want to meet your customized needs

    Great experience with Tesla Solar in Illinois. The installation was smooth, the system looks clean, and it’s been saving me money on my electric bill. The app makes it easy to track production and usage in real time. Overall, very satisfied with the performance and long-term value.
