⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience with New York Electric and Solar from start to finish. Everything began with the sales agent, who took the time to understand my situation and helped me choose the Solar Care membership that was the best fit for my needs. There was never any pressure—just honest guidance and great customer service. From there, their customer service team was fantastic. They explained the entire process, kept me informed about the expected timeline, and stayed in touch with me almost daily throughout the process. They let me know when my site transfer was complete, when the

NY Electric & Solar is GOATED I had priority response through my membership, and when one of my solar panels went out, they had a technician at my home in less than an hour. The issue was diagnosed and repaired quickly, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Thanks to my membership, I’ve been taken care of every step of the way. Highly recommend NY Electric & Solar for their fast response, excellent customer service, and reliable support!

I had a great experience with New York Electric and Solar. From the start, there was no pressure, and Ryan took the time to explain each Solar Care membership option and answer all of my questions. I really appreciated that he honestly recommended the Bronze plan instead of trying to upsell me because my system was already performing well. It’s also reassuring to know I can upgrade my membership in the future if my needs change. Amanda and Cindy were just as wonderful. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process simple and stress free with excellent communication every step

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
