My system was installed well - no complaints. It stopped producing power after a little less than two years. I contacted the owner and he ran me through a few troubleshooting measures. They didn't fix the problem. He said that he'd be in touch to work on it. I didn't hear from him for a couple of weeks. I called and the mailbox for the company was full. I sent an email, he responded saying that he wasn't avoiding me and that he would get to it. That was two months ago. I haven't heard from him and he doesn't respond to email any longer. I'm going to leave this review on Google so that I can he

The work itself isn't bad really. Great (mandatory) OT, but the rudeness over the littlest things, the lies, and all the hypocrites ordering people around. As someone who took it seriously and didnt do the bare minimum, who took initiative--nope, time to go. they treat you as a tool, not a person with actual human traits..I get the project is very large and money is budgeted tightly, but maybe don't take on such huge projects if you need to always hire temps and cant manage the site with integrity and respect. whatever, lesson learned. I was warned but didn't believe it. Woops.

Next Generation Solar is a distinguished name in the solar industry. Their attention to detail and hard work are evident in the wide swath of projects they complete. I have been partnering with them at Torrey Solar Farm in Penn Yan and "impressive" is a mild adjective when it comes to describing the site. Aaron, Linda, Emily, Donny, Jeremy, Colin, Steven, Dahl, Bruce, Tommy, and the entire Next Gen crew are top-notch, plus it's a veteran-owned company. Thanks for all of your service and I'll recommend you to anyone I can!

Initial customer service was excellent. Rep was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Install went pretty smooth, took a little longer than anticipated but partially due to the weather. System was hooked up and working on time. After the sale customer service was slow. Had an issue with consumption monitoring and took a while to be fixed.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.
What the company says about itself
Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.
Years in business
“largest developers in the U.S.. With over 25 years of combined solar experience, our…”
Its website also mentions veteran owned, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
