Its one and two star share is 1 point above the typical installer in Washington. Across Washington, 45 of the 99 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.
The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 68 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Actually, I only TRIED to use their services. I requested specific services, including solar electrical system installation and installation of a heat pump to serve as the primary heat source for my house. I was told that the HVAC needs would be assessed on a site visit, along with the solar setup. But when the agent came out, he told me that the company does not install heat pumps in preexisting houses. He was clear about that. Since I had specifically requested heat pump installation, and was told that would be addressed, I was flabbergasted. Naturally, I was unable to use the company's serv

I had an inverter fail that was installed by the now defunct Offset Solar. I contact Northwest Renewables for support and was told someone would get back to me shortly. After waiting a week with no response, I called again and was put in touch with a project manager. I provided him the information he would need to check on my system and get parts on order under warranty from SolarEdge. After almost two more weeks with no response to my emails and phone messages, I contacted PCI Renewables. Within just a few hours they had my issue diagnosed remotely and parts ordered under warranty. I finally

Very informative but way too pushy. I had a off grid system stolen and needed a quote for insurance. They said to get a quote was 3 weeks out? The solar powered our fresh water on our acreage and we just needed a quote. I was pushed numerous times to look into a grid tie system. Dont think these guys wont push their oppions on people just to sell a prouct. I had Off grid with no power bill, yet they insisted a grid tie that could pay for itself in possibly 8 years. 12kw system for around 35k. No thanks

September 19, 2025 The installation of our new Mitsubishi Hyper Heat mini-split system was completed today, and we’re thrilled to share with you how extremely satisfied we are with the service we received. From our initial phone conversations with Rachel, who efficiently and courteously helped streamline the initial scheduling; to the thorough and informative site visit, logistics, and estimate process with Bryan; and ultimately through the 4-day install done by Isaac and JR, we received nothing less than superior service. Isaac and JR were very professional, punctual, quiet and respectful, an

I've had Northwest Renewables install a rooftop solar and battery system and they did a great job! They were cheaper than the door to door guys, I expect it is because NWR quotes you what it actually costs while the door to door guys are trying to find the maximum you will pay. NWR is honest and kept their end of our bargain. I'm really pleased with my system and would definitely work with them again (which I did when I had my batteries added).

We just completed a fairly large home solar upgrade consisting of 44 roof mounted panels. From the first visit to our house by Bryan to the commissioning of the completed array by Isaac; the entire Northwest team provided exceptional service. There was timely, clear and most significantly accurate information on the status of the project at all steps. The installation team led by Isaac was truly exceptional. Everything that they did was of the highest quality and the care and concerns shown for our home was as if they were working on their own house. The worksite was always left clean and orde

Its website also mentions free estimate and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.
Elsewhere
- It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
- It posts on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
