Its one and two star share is 6 points above the typical installer in Washington. Across Washington, 31 of the 99 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 11 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Just a friendly reminder. If there's 3 NO TRESSPASSING sighns on property before you approach the front door Might want to take a moment to look for security cameras.

These guys were great! We had them install a Generac backup generator. They explained the process clearly and then came in and completed it in a timely manner. Our house is a bit quirky and Vlad, the electrician easily figured everything out. The cost was completely within our price range and we would recommend them for sure!

We’ve just had Sunstone Solar install a Solar system on our shop and could not be happier with the service and installation. Kirk made it easy with always being there and taking care of the entire job. His team is efficient and thorough and we’re very pleased with the whole job. We want to recommend Sunstone Solar and Kirk the owner to anybody interested. It’s a 5 star!

I am soooo excited to finally have reliable and renewable power!!!!!! Thank you so much for helping us make this dream come true💜💜. We thought this was gonna break the bank or be years from now and Kirk was amazing in getting us set up with a system that could handle all our power needs at a price that was about what we were already paying to the electric company, oh and the best part, we are totally off grid😲, yup, it's all ours. Love you guys and thank you for bringing my dream home🥰 One last thing, Go Bill's (Buffalo)😁

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on HomeAdvisor, Angi and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Spokane is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
