Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in the Fresno area. Across California, 619 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 70 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

0% rated 1–2★25%

Each mark is one company we hold in the Fresno area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Pacific Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

System installed December 4, 2025. We have yet to see system operational after numerous requests to company. Tesla app does not work and battery does not show any charge or discharge of electricity to battery.

8 of 23 micro invertors nonfunctional for first 9months. Did not pay for repairs but all my solar losses while I was already paying my $400.00 dollar solar bill were not covered. At the end of the year I got a $2500.00 true up bill while paying for useless panels. Getting the silent treatment since I have already signed all paperwork and technically they are off the hook for production losses.

We bought our system from Pacific Solar a few years ago and the sales and install process went really well, and we have been happy with systems operation. Now our Inverter has shorted and the company that makes the inverter has been giving us the run around. After some initial issues getting pacific solar to return my calls, finally got Solar Edge on the phone and found they were the issue. As soon as the new inverter was delivered to Pacific Solar they had a guy come out on Saturday, his day off to install and get my system back up and running. UPDATE 4-2-21. After the inverter was replaced a

Before installation: After my research I selected Pacific Solar for multiple reasons: Sun Power, 25 warranty, local business and good reviews. At first sales Leo would pick up phone calls and replied within a few minutes of text. From signing docs to complete installation was about 45 days (mid dec). All good which why have I have them 3 stars. After installation: System had an internet hiccup with the monitoring at the start but went away. Early Jan hiccup comes back and has not been repaired since. Calls to Leo are not being answered or returned late, same with texts either no reply or a day

Excellent customer service! These guys are truly experts on solar energy and they take the extra step to be sure you get what you want/need without breaking the bank. I'm super happy with the product I received (panels + batteries) and I highly recommend them to others!

Pacific Solar gave our solar panels an excellent cleaning! Very careful on our tile roof which resulted in zero roof issues. Will be using them from now on.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“our team is here to help. What financing options and incentives are available for…”

  • Warranty

“save money by the end of the year—guaranteed. If your solar bill isn’t lower than…”

  • Family owned

“farms across Central California. As a family-owned company with 40+ years of experience,…”

  • Years in business

“production and our workmanship. Over 40 years of experience serving solar needs of…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, established and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
