Its one and two star share is 20 points above the typical installer in Woodland Hills. Across California, 204 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 20 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Woodland Hills whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. PacificSky Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I had a representative from Pacificsky Solar make unlawful telemarketing contact to my cellular telephone number, which is registered on the Federal Communications Commission’s National Do Not Call Registry. I have never provided prior express written consent to receive marketing communications from your company. When I called the company to complain about the illegal contact, management could care less and blew me off. I sent a demand letter to be placed on their internal “do not call list” and to maintain my information as required by TCPA laws and CA statutes as well as a settlement agreeme

Pacific Sky Solar has been going through my neighborhood leaving flyers that appear to be from the LADWP (Los Angeles Department of Water and Power), claiming to offer “discount” and “debt relief” programs. The flyers are designed to look official, which immediately raised red flags. I called LADWP directly to verify the information, and they confirmed that they do not distribute any flyers or materials like this. After further investigation, I called the number listed on the flyer — and it connected me to a sales representative at Pacific Sky Solar. That’s when it became clear this was a misl

I spoke with Mr. Erick Estrada. He helped me with programs and discounts; talk to him if you need them.

I had a consultation with Mr. Erick Estrada; he taught me a lot about all the changes in electricity prices and found me a good program.

Five stars for Pacific Sky Solar! They recently finished a project of solar and battery installation, and the entire process was seamless. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the team was professional, transparent about costs, and incredibly knowledgeable. The battery setup gives us huge peace of mind for backup power. If you’re looking to go solar, these are the experts you want

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
