Its one and two star share is 1 point above the typical installer in Indiana. Across Indiana, 31 of the 75 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

  • 5★ · around July 2026 · the company replied

They showed up early and managed to fix my very old air conditioner. The technician was polite and worked hard. He explained what he was doing in a way that I could understand. I truly appreciated their help during a series of incredibly hot days

A visit from Paitson's is like having one of their techs as a next door neighbor. They have taken care of everything for me for years and I will always remember the morning my son and I woke up to a freezing home on Christmas morning. One of their techs arrived quickly and saved the day. Great business, great people.

First time using Paitson HVAC and could not be more pleased. chad was very thorough and offered a lot of great information. We are starting our maintenance program with Paitson and look forward to their continued service.

Reviewer names are not published here. Negative reviews are shown first because they are the ones a listing hides, not because they are more representative.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Family owned

“your experience. Paitson Bros. Single family owned and operated since 1922 Wabash…”

  • Established

“Single family owned and operated since 1922 Wabash Valley's oldest and most…”

Its website also mentions nate certified, free estimate and 24/7 availability, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • Google also lists this company under appliance repair and heating and cooling.
  • It posts on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
