    We subcontracted under Blue Raven, they stiffed us on the bill on the home.

    Contracted with Blue Raven solar to have my panels initially installed and the installation went great. Fast forward a few years later and I needed to have the panels removed in order to renovate my home. The renovation involved a change in my roof line which meant that the panel configuration needed to be redesigned. This process has been an absolute disaster. A team was sent out to re-install the panels in the original configuration which no longer fits on my roof. Since then I have been bounced back and forth between different departments without anyone understanding the scope of the projec

    Put up my panels in January, connection approved from Duke in February and now March I’m still not connected. They have poor communication and my sales guy no longer works there so now I’m just hoping that I don’t have to hire another solar company to finish the job.

    This post has been edited to include recent developments. Working with Blue Raven post installation has been difficult- however I believe they are making strides to make their customer experience and work orders more efficient and consumer friendly. Blue Raven has gone above and beyond to correct issues throughout the process and correct errors. Blue Raven- thank you for taking the time to call me as requested and make things right.
