The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 50 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.
Every company we hold in Tennessee, on one axis
Each mark is one company we hold in Tennessee whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Pink Energy Knoxville is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

If I give a negative stars I would. This company is a scam. They sale a product that doesn't work. They have installers with no electrical experience working on your system. The roof installers drill excessive numbers of holes in roof hunting for roof joists. Than plug the holes with silicon that don't hit studs for panel brackets. Very unprofessional installers. Pink Energy claims to want to help. They don't care. All lies. I have contacted powerhome solar/pink energy multiple times and get the same run around. Ask to speak with upper management and get put on hold for hours not minutes but h

Do not deal with this company. The owner jason waller is a scammer who employs the lowest level of humanity and their installation is garbage and the customer service trash will lie to you continually. You will not get the rebates they promise. Waller blames Generac for the fact that his system doesn’t deliver.

This experience has been full of frustration. I personally caught several mistakes made by the solutions team. Had damage to my roof, gutters, and ceiling that are still waiting for resolution. This project should have taken about 3 weeks and we are now on the 8th month. In addition the solar panels are not in the best location on the roof. After 12pm I loose half my production as they wouldn't put any panels on the west side of the house.

Installation went well, timely with no mess for me to clean up. My only complaint is that the system is not producing the power I was told by the salesman to expect. I have not seen any reduction in my usual power bills until the last couple of months with them being roughly 50% of the norm which is still way less than what I was told to expect. I have just recently (June 15, 2022) received a letter from Generac informing me that they have been working on my complaints and suggest that the newly designed RS802 should improve my power performance. I have contacted the email Generac suggested an

What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
