Its one and two star share is 7 points above the typical installer in Allentown. Across Pennsylvania, 30 of the 146 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 565 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I too have dealt with this company. I should have gone else where. Very aggressive staff and very unprofessional. I know I could have got a better experience with another company. What I've noticed if it doesn't go their way they get mad at you. I have solar. They tried changing the layout for the panels on my roof when my roof square footage never changed, I told them no and they will go back on the way they came off, the supervisor got mad at me while on the phone with him telling him they are going on the way they came off. I'm just wondering if they will even honor their 25 year warranty i

predatory sales men, asked him to leave SEVERAL times and would not. they take advantage of the elderly, use chatgpt when they’re selling solar panels, clearly don’t care about the environment and just taking people’s money

Don’t engage with this company. They say in their advertising that they are not a high pressure sales company, but that is exactly who they are. I requested some specific information from them because I had a question, and they have been harassing me with multiple daily phone calls for days, from many different agents and numbers. I spoke with one today who tried to tell me what my own opinion of their company should be. I have requested that they take me off of their call list but the calls keep coming. This is your warning Pinnacle. I will report you to the BBB for harassment.

The only issue I have is that my gutter was damaged during the installation and that the installation took 2 days longer than expected. I am too afraid to go up on the roof to inspect any work but the app tells me that my solar panels are producing. Looks good so far!

I had several assessments and Pinnacle Exteriors stood out the most. I wish I had gotten the solar panels installed sooner.

We sat through a LOT of different solar offers and Pinnacle Exteriors offered us the best products at the best price. They kept us updated through every step of the process, and the installation was carried out very professionally. I'm looking forward to saving money on our electric bill, especially as rates continue to rise due to increased demand from data centers. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Exteriors to anyone who wants quality solar products at the lowest possible price.

Its website also mentions free estimate, insured and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • Google also lists this company under roofing. A company that does both roofing and solar can handle the roof work a panel install often needs.
  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
