Its one and two star share is 3 points below the typical installer in the Allentown area. Across Pennsylvania, 72 of the 146 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 25 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Allentown area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Bright Eye Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I have had an install in 2019 for 22 panels with another company. It was such a difficult experience. We added 30 more panels in 2026. My experience was like night and day. They took care of all the permits, communication was excellent as we went along. Installers were very professional, and all the inspections came through in a timely fashion. One panel was faulty and it was replaced within a week. I could not be a happier customer.

We are very happy with your installation and service with BrightEye Solar. Tom was a great person to work with on site and when we had one panel down, both Russell and Tom were quick to get it fixed and working. We are loving th panels and our new, nearly nonexistent, electric bill!

Dear BrightEye Solar Team, I am writing to share my feedback regarding the solar system you installed for us in March of 2026. The service throughout the entire process went very well, and the installers did a wonderful job. The system has been working well above my expectations. Thank you for the excellent service and experience. Best regards, Randy Ream

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“and ground mounted solar panels Financing options available Commercial Commercial Solar…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau, Yelp and ConsumerAffairs. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
