Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in the Allentown area. Across Pennsylvania, 56 of the 146 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 326 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

System has been installed for a year + now and have been dealing with multiple leaks. Sales guy Jack was responsive during signing and now does not answer my calls. I referred friends and family to this company. Am worried they are going to go out of business

Roof won’t stop leaking and was told by my sales guy Jack Wood this was covered under warranty. Does not answer calls. What am I to do with a 30 yr warranty I can’t use

My experience with Trinity Solar was great Meghan my project coordinator was wonderful to work with very knowledgeable and responsive, and always kept me updated. The roofing crew worked hard and did a great job. My new roof looks great. Highly recommend!

Lumina Solar sets the standard for customer service by providing prompt responses and consistently delivering quality work. My experience took me from an uncertain prospect to a satisfied customer. I worked closely with Charlie, who made sure every concern I raised was addressed and that the service provided met my expectations. Other team members involved throughout the process were just as supportive, giving me confidence that our project would be completed on time and as promised. From the initial proposal to the final installation, Lumina delivered.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions financing, insured and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
