  Currently having the most frustrating experience with this company. These reviews are clearly paid for. If you look every single one is a 5... They have been dragging this along sense October its now the end of April. They said they needed to trench for the electrical and they just came back today with the inspector saying that it doesn't pass inspection because you can't trench a flood plane. We asked them multiple times if they could hang the wiring like other existing wiring. They insisted that they needed to trech. They waited til the ground froze and postponed everything for a trench that

  This has been one of the most frustrating home improvement experiences I’ve ever had.We signed with Integrated Home Energy in PA with the promise that everything would be completed in about 3 months. It has now been over 8 months. Multiple delays, failed inspections, missing paperwork, and constant rescheduling. We are now at risk of losing the federal tax credit due to their delays. Communication has been poor, accountability nonexistent, and we were even asked to leave a positive review while the system was incomplete.Completely unethical.   Aquib was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Professiona and persistent but not annoying. While we went with another provider, it was in no way related to our interaction.

  I recently began the solar installation process with Integrated Home Energy and wanted to share my experience so far. Aquib has been fantastic to work with. His communication has been clear and prompt throughout, and he’s taken the time to thoroughly answer every question I’ve had. He’s also done a great job educating me on how solar works, from system design to the incentive programs available, which has made the whole process much less intimidating.   I worked with Aquib and Jaazba during the initial process to get everything set up. They were both very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Definitely recommend Integrated Home Energy.
