Its one and two star share is 6 points above the typical installer in Pennsylvania. Across Pennsylvania, 42 of the 146 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 33 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

If I could give Trinity Solar zero stars, I would. Trinity Solar installed my panels in 2022, and everything seemed fine — until I actually needed them to stand behind their work. I recently found out I needed a roof replacement, and that is when the nightmare started. I contacted Trinity to have the panels removed and reinstalled. They quoted me an outrageous amount of money and told me it would cost around $9,000 just to remove the panels and reinstall them later. The worst part is that they refused to provide this cost in writing, leaving me unable to properly submit the expense to my insur

I see plenty of others have left a review without a purchase so I might as well. The sales guy was polite but relentless. He stopped TWICE in one day since I showed slight interest. Then came back a couple days later and knocked on my door after 8 pm. That is completely unacceptable.

We were very impressed with Sam Warrick today. He was very knowledgeable in his presentation and explanation of installing solar panels and a new roof for our home. He is truly a great asset for your company. Thank you so much.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on ConsumerAffairs. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
